Washing: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle inside a laundry bag.
Drying: Do not wring. Lay flat to air dry in the shade to prevent fabric distortion.
Ironing: If needed, steam or use a low-heat setting on the reverse side. Fabrics like satin, chiffon, and silk are delicate and can be damaged by excessive heat.
Storage: Hang on a padded hanger or fold in a garment bag to avoid creases.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns, but we have certain conditions to ensure the quality of our pieces for all customers.
Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Condition: The dress must be unused, with no marks, stains, perfume, or makeup, and all tags attached. Worn or damaged items cannot be returned.
Refunds: Once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact our Customer Support team before returning your item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
