Sixteen Layers is operated by a small Netherlands-based team with a shared passion for fashion, customer experience, and modern style. We believe clothing is deeply personal and that the right piece can influence how someone feels, expresses themselves, and carries themselves with confidence.

With our customers at the centre of everything we do, our team carefully selects and manages our collections, coordinates orders with suppliers and fulfilment partners, manages the online store, and continuously works to improve our products, services, and overall shopping experience.

Our customer care team is available to assist with product information, sizing, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and other enquiries. At Sixteen Layers, we aim to provide every customer with personal and attentive support — because every customer deserves to feel valued beyond simply an order number or a size.

Sixteen Layers is an online fashion retailer operated by N&D Commerce VOF, a partnership registered and managed in the Netherlands. From our Netherlands-based operation, we serve customers through our online store.

Sixteen Layers does not currently operate a physical retail shop, showroom, or customer service centre. Our registered business address is used exclusively for administrative and legal correspondence.

Returns should not be sent to our registered business address unless our customer service team has provided written instructions confirming otherwise.
