Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 11:59 PM (CET/CEST) will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 6–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Total Shipping Time

7–10 business days (1–2 processing + 6–8 delivery)

Shipping Origin

Orders are fulfilled through our international fulfilment network. Depending on product availability and the delivery destination, orders may be dispatched from fulfilment facilities in China, including Shenzhen.

Your order may be handed over to a local delivery partner for final delivery. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination.

Delays
